The Commons, located on L&C’s Godfrey campus, seats up to 550 people (dining) and rents for $850, plus the cost of catering. The room has a dance floor and is equipped with a computer projection system and two large screens for showing slideshows, DVDs, etc. The stage will seat a maximum of 20 people for a head table. There is a Steinway grand piano in the room that can be rented for $100. The room will be set up according to renters’ instructions with 6-foot round tables or 8-foot rectangle tables and cleaned after the event for no additional charge.

Hatheway Multipurpose Room
Since the building’s renovation and re-dedication in 2011, LCCC has added a multipurpose room (formerly a gymnasium) that is available to rent for wedding receptions and a variety of other events.

Trimpe Building
The Advanced Technology Center (ATC) in the Trimpe Building on L&C’s Godfrey campus seats 200 people and rents for $550, plus the cost of catering. Raised theater-style seating is available for 187 people. This room is equipped with a computer projection system and a screen for showing slideshows, DVDs, etc. The stage in the room is retractable. There is no dance floor. The room will be set up according to renters’ instructions with 6-foot round or 8-foot rectangle tables and cleaned after the event for no additional charge.
