The following is offered to you with our compliments:
  • The use of the facilities banquet tables, round tables & banquet chairs
  • 5 hours of service time
  • Linen napkins (black or white), standard white linen tablecloths, will cover and skirt up to 7 banquet tables (head table, cake, gift, etc)
  • China plates, silverware, water glasses, and coffee cups
  • Setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs
  • Use of Foyer/Atrium Area
  • Use of amenities room for Bridal Changing Room or Child Entertainment Room (Available only on Saturdays and some evenings, check for availability).
  • Use of A/V equipment already installed in room, including two ceiling mounted screens and projectors, and sound system.  (Sound system not available for live music or DJ use).
  • Complimentary Parking

Chocolate Fountain

Package includes a medium chocolate fountain, 2 hours of service with an attendant, chocolate to serve 300 people, and skewers for dipping items. The Chocolate Fountain package also includes up to 5 of the dipping choices below.

Bar Service Pricing

Hosted Bar
  • 4.5 hour bar service, bar will close a half hour before the end of the event
  • Contact Bella’s catering department if you want specialty drinks such as: martinis, cosmopolitans, margarita’s etc.  If no prior arrangements are made Bella Milano Catering will not be able to serve any specialty drinks.
  • One Bartender will be available for every 100 guests.  If additional Bartenders are needed they will be billed at $25 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Hosted Bar Options:
  • Soda Bar -  includes Pepsi Products
  • Basic  Bar - includes Pepsi Products, Beer (Budweiser Products Only) bar brand mixed drinks (vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila) and CK Mondavi Wines (Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Grigio, White Zinfandel)
  • Premium Bar - includes Pepsi Products, Beer (Budweiser Products Only) and Premium liquors (Stolichnaya vodka, Absolut vodka, Captain Morgan rum, Bacardi rum, Tanqueray gin, Jack Daniels whiskey, J& B Scotch, Cuervo Gold tequila) and CK Mondavi Wines (Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Grigio, White Zinfandel)
  • Cosmopolitan, Margarita and Daquiri Bar - strawberry, raspberry, and peach daquiri's available. Can only be purchased if choosing one of the hosted bar options
Cash Bar
  • $120 per bartender
  • Bartender will be available for 4.5 hours, will close a half hour before the end of the event
  • $25 per hour for additional hours of Bartender Service
  • 4 hour minimum is required
  • 1 bartender per 150 guests required for Cash Bar
Details of room use at N.O. Nelson Center:
  • There is no gratuity required or expected but it is appreciated.
  • Sunday through Thursday there is no room charge if $1500 or more in food and beverage purchases pre-tax is generated.  If the $1500 is not met there is a $500 room charge
  • Friday and Saturday there is a $200 room charge if $3,000 or more in food and beverage purchases pre-tax is generated.  If the $3,000 is not met there is a $500 room charge
  • Service charges will be incurred for all events not meeting the minimums.
  • Contact Bella Milano Catering if your group is a non-profit organization
  • Pricing for Dinner Service is for 5 hours, if additional time is needed additional charges will be incurred.  All dinner events are to conclude at 12:00am.
  • Setup and breakdown of banquet room (N.O. Nelson Center Only)
    • Includes only our equipment and linens (if using linens)
    • Items not belonging to Bella Catering cannot be setup or broken-down by our staff.
    • If using outside vendors for photography, decorating, cake, etc. their items must be picked up at the conclusion of the event.
    • Service staff is required to remove all plates from dining room before leaving area.
  • Available for ceremony indoors or outdoors
    • We do not provide an officiant for the ceremony; we only provide the location
    • There is a charge for the additional time needed for the ceremony
