The following is offered to you with our compliments:
  • The use of the facilities banquet tables, round tables & banquet chairs
  • 3 hours of service time
  • Standard white linen tablecloths, will cover and skirt up to 7 banquet tables (head table, cake, gift, etc)
  • China plates, silverware, water glasses, and coffee cups
  • Setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs
  • Use of Foyer/Atrium Area
  • Use of amenities room for Bridal Changing Room or Child Entertainment Room (Available only on Saturdays and some evenings, check for availability).
  • Use of A/V equipment already installed in room, including two ceiling mounted screens and projectors, and sound system.  (Sound system not available for live music or DJ use).
  • Complimentary Parking
  • Outdoor Courtyard with fountain

Special Notes:
Details of room use at N.O. Nelson Center:
  • There is no gratuity required or expected but it is appreciated.
  • For Breakfast there is no room charge if $300 or more in food and beverage purchases pre-tax is generated.  If the $300 is not met there is a $300 room charge
  • Service charges will be incurred for all events not meeting the minimums.
  • Contact Bella Milano Catering if your group is a non-profit organization
  • Pricing for Breakfast Service is for 3 hours, if additional time is needed additional charges will be incurred.  All breakfast events are to conclude by 11:00am.
  • Setup and breakdown of banquet room (N.O. Nelson Center Only)
    • Includes only our equipment and linens (if using linens)
    • Items not belonging to Bella Catering cannot be setup or broken-down by our staff.
    • If using outside vendors for photography, decorating, cake, etc. their items must be picked up at the conclusion of the event.
    • Service staff is required to remove all plates from dining room before leaving area.
