The following is offered to you with our compliments:
  • The use of the facilities banquet tables, round tables & banquet chairs
  • 3 hours of service time
  • Standard white linen tablecloths, will cover and skirt up to 7 banquet tables (head table, cake, gift, etc)
  • China plates, silverware, water glasses, and coffee cups
  • Setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs
  • Use of Foyer/Atrium Area
  • Use of amenities room for Bridal Changing Room or Child Entertainment Room (Available only on Saturdays and some evenings, check for availability).
  • Use of A/V equipment already installed in room, including two ceiling mounted screens and projectors, and sound system.  (Sound system not available for live music or DJ use).
  • Complimentary Parking
  • Outdoor Courtyard with fountain

Lunch Buffet Menu Selections – Prices starting at $11.95

Parties of 50 or more can pick two sandwich or entrée selections for a buffet. Parties less than 50 must choose one sandwich or entrée.

Sandwiches

Choice of salad or soup, and a choice of chips or fries

Meatball Sandwich – Homemade meatballs on a baguette topped with meat sauce and provel cheese
Italian Roast Beef Sandwich – Thinly sliced roast beef with caramelized onions, green peppers and topped with provel cheese
Chicken Salad Sandwich – Homemade chicken salad served on a buttery croissant
Pulled Pork Sandwich – Pulled Pork topped with BBQ sauce and served on a bun
Italian Turkey Sandwich – Sliced turkey, spinach and tomato served on a baguette and lightly coated with an Italian vinaigrette

Entrees

Choice of salad or soup, and a choice of vegetable or starch

Chicken Milano – Lightly breaded, charbroiled chicken breast topped with a creamy provel cheese sauce with fresh mushrooms and green onions
Chicken Parmigiano – Lightly breaded, breast topped with a red sauce and a provel cheese
Blackened Chicken – Blackened chicken breast topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce
Roasted Pork Loin – Slow roasted center cut pork loin topped with natural juices
Meatloaf – Traditional house made meatloaf served with a tomato glaze
Tilapia – Herb encrusted and baked
Salmon – pan-seared salmon topped with a bbq glaze or a citrus honey glaze

Pasta Con Broccoli – Cheese-stuffed tortellini served in a creamy red sauce with mushrooms, broccoli, and a touch of red pepper and garlic
Cannelloni – Cannelloni stuffed with beef and pork and baked in a meat sauce and besciamella sauce

Salad

Milano Salad – Iceberg and romaine lettuce with asiago, provel, cooked prosciutto ham and green onions with a sweet Italian vinaigrette dressing
Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce in our house Caesar dressing with croutons
Garden Salad – Iceberg and romaine lettuce with provel cheese, tomatoes, carrots, red onions and cucumbers served with choice of dressing (Garden Salad can only be served on a buffet line)
Poppy-seed salad – Iceberg and romaine lettuce with candied walnuts, red onions and tossed in a strawberry poppy seed dressing
Add spinach to poppy-seed salad for $.50 per person
Balsamic Salad – Iceberg and romaine lettuce with julienne carrots, red onions, tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese and tossed in balsamic dressing

Details of room use at N.O. Nelson Center:
  • There is no gratuity required or expected but it is appreciated.
  • For Breakfast there is no room charge if $300 or more in food and beverage purchases pre-tax is generated.  If the $300 is not met there is a $300 room charge
  • Service charges will be incurred for all events not meeting the minimums.
  • Contact Bella Milano Catering if your group is a non-profit organization
  • Pricing for Breakfast Service is for 3 hours, if additional time is needed additional charges will be incurred.  All breakfast events are to conclude by 11:00am.
  • Setup and breakdown of banquet room (N.O. Nelson Center Only)
    • Includes only our equipment and linens (if using linens)
    • Items not belonging to Bella Catering cannot be setup or broken-down by our staff.
    • If using outside vendors for photography, decorating,cake, etc. their items must be picked up at the conclusion of the event.
    • Service staff is required to remove all plates from dining room before leaving area.
